Step 1 - Setting connection properties

At this step you should specify necessary settings to establish connection to the target DB2 database.

Connection settings

Please set the database connection properties:

• provide authorization information: the login and the password for accessing the target DB2 database;
• type in or use the Database alias drop-down menu to select the database for data import.

Note: The database should be first cataloged with the DB2 client.

Please note that you need to have sufficient privileges to be able to write to the destination database on DB2 server.

NOTE: The Tools button gets access to saving/loading import templates or adjusting program Preferences.

When you are done, press the Next button to proceed to the next step.
