Managing job notifications


The Job Notifications tab allows you to specify methods that the SQL Server Agent service uses to notify the operator when each of existing jobs is tried (succeeded or failed).

The grid lists all currently available jobs. Specify the method by which the operator is to be notified: E-mail, Pager, Net Send. To set the notification type right-click a job, proceed to the notifications tab and choose preferable notification type.

Note: You can create a new job by right-clicking the area and selecting New job... item.
