Adding dimension level

The Add Dimension Level dialog allows you to specify dimension level properties.

Level name

Specify the name of the level to be added.

Level column(s)

This group allows you to specify the column(s) in the level. You can specify up to 32 columns.

Table schema / Table name

Use the drop-down lists to select the schema and the table to select columns for the level.

To select a column, you need to move it from the Available list to the Selected list. Use the buttons or drag-and-drop operations to move the columns from one list to another.

Attribute column(s)

This group allows you to specify the columns that are uniquely determined by a hierarchy level. The columns in level must all come from the same table as the dependent columns.
