Resource Plans
Resource plans are used in Oracle to determine allocation of processing resources.
One of the advantages of plans is that they can refer to each other. The entries in a plan can either be consumer groups or subplans.
Resource Plan Editor allows you to define resource plan properties. It opens automatically when you create a new resource plan and is available on editing an existing one.
To open a resource plan in Resource Plan Editor, double-click it in the DB Explorer tree.
