Setting statistics collection parameters

The Statistics Collection section of the Register Server dialog allows you to set properties of the statistics diagram display. These statistics can be viewed in the Collected Statistics section of the Server Explorer.

Note: Database statistics is collected only if the Statistics Collector service has been installed and is running during the current session.

Enable Statistics collection

Check this option to allow statistics collection for the configured server and define its periodicity in Collect every n minutes field.

Remove detailed statistics older than n days

The detaield statistics for the registrable server will be removed on the expiry of the defined number of days.

Remove average statistics older than n days

Define the number of days after which the average statistics for the registrable server will be removed or check the Don't remove option to store statistics for this server.

Excluded from collection databases

In this window you can define databases of the registrable server for which the statistics collection must not be performed. The full list of databases can be found here.
